About Us

Ahara Wellness + Recovery opened on Courabyra Road in 2025 after previously operating as EnerQi which was established in 2011. Our new venue and offerings have expanded to provide services to the Tumbarumba community and keep health and wellness on the forefront. 

The business now offers remedial massage, chiropractic, reiki, kinesiology, ayurvedic consultations, yoga, pilates, infrared sauna, compression therapy, a health food store and more. We are located next door to the 24 hour Tumbarumba Gym & Fitness Centre.
